Gina Malan BA LLB PGDip Tax

Attorney of the High Court of South Africa

Gina holds BA and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Employment Law from the University of Cape Town. She completed her articles at KG Druker & Associates and was admitted as an Attorney in 1996.
Her areas of specialisation include divorce and family law, wills & estates, debt collection and general civil litigation. She is also an accredited mediator with FAMAC.

Jacques (Michiel Jacobus) Venter LL.B

Jacques holds an LL.B. degree from the University of Pretoria. He completed his articles at KG Druker & Associates Inc and was admitted as an attorney in 2012, and as a Conveyancer and a Notary in 2019. He currently works as an Associate at KG Druker & Associates Inc. His areas of specialisation include general civil litigation, bond foreclosures and debt collection.

Sebastian holds Bachelor of Social Science and LL.B. degrees from the University of Cape Town as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Law, also from the University of Cape Town. His areas of specialisation include wills, administration of deceased estates, correspondent work and general civil litigation.
